How do I place an order?

Ordering from Valasta Store is easy! Simply browse our selection of products, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Payment & Shipping

We offer secure payment options and fast shipping on all shop products. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or PayPal. We ship to all UK and EU addresses which are served by Royal Mail UK. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Secure Ordering & Taxes

At Valasta Store, we take your online security seriously. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information during checkout. You can trust that your data is safe and secure when you shop with us.

Prices of our products, like Valasta are inclusive and customs duty paid for the UK. Currently you don't pay VAT, however, as and when we come under VAT this will be added to the price.

For customers outside the UK, customs duty may be charged at the border of the recipient country, which is collected by the courier agency (customs duty if charged needs to be paid in order to receive the goods).

Returns & Refunds

We are sure you will love our products. In case you are not happy with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel an order and receive a full refund, including the minimum possible costs of postage (for us shipping the order to you), for any items you order, up to 14 calendar days after you receive the item from us.
This applies even if you just change your mind and no longer want an item. The refund will include the minimum postage costs you chose or could have chosen when placing your order. You are responsible for the cost to return the item to us. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us by recorded delivery at your expense and within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund your money within 14 days of receipt of a returned item. It is your duty to take all reasonable care of any items to be returned, including their packaging, up until the time we receive them back from you. Any damage will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money you have paid. Do note that you cannot return perishable items for a refund.
Additionally you cannot return items which you have started to use or if the seal has been broken or tampered with. To receive a refund you must notify us within the 14 day period starting when you received the order. In normal circumstances, the limit of our liability for compensation for orders which are delayed or do not arrive at all, will be the value of the order placed.
You will not be due for any additional compensation (for instance if you decided to take time off work to receive the order).
Purchases must be made from www.valastauk.com. This offer does not apply to purchases made via any other outlet.

International Orders

We now ship internationally to many countries; please verify if your country is in the dropdown menu. If your country has not been added, follow the instructions below:

Submitting an email including your full name, mailing address, billing address (if different from mailing address), phone number and what you would like to purchase (currently we are only able to ship the ValAsta Liquid Astaxanthin with Olive Oil 100ml, 50ml and the ValAsta Astaxanthin Salve with DMSO 30ml), we will email you an invoice with the product price and estimate shipping (please note that custom and duty fees are not included).

We also have international distributors located in specific countries; see below.

When ordering internationally from us, please note the following:

  • Before placing your order, be aware of local customs and laws concerning food or dietary supplement shipment. You are responsible for knowing what is permitted to ship into your country.

  • ValAsta Store, UK will always work to provide our best service, so your order is received in a timely manner with the least amount of shipping costs.

  • Most orders will ship within two to four business days, provided there are no shipping restrictions.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

  • We cannot guarantee an arrival date but will provide an estimated arrival time with a tracking number.

  • Our charges DO NOT include import taxes or duties imposed by authorities in the destination country. Carriers will not deliver any order until all fees and duties are paid. Contact your local customs office regarding duty charges on imports.

  • No refunds will be issued for items seized at your local customs office or not delivered unless returned to us.

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

  • If you choose to return your order, return the unopened (in original packaging) merchandise purchased from ValAsta Store, UK within 30 days of receiving the package.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, in the original unopened packaging, and in the same condition they were received. You are responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item(s) has been received and inspected.
